I hired NYAJR for a small job of removing an old elliptical machine and several full trash cans. After that I rehired them to clear out my junkie basement! For years I’d say yes to family and friends storing their stuff(junk)!

1. It took less than 10 minutes to make and confirm an appointment. I was able to speak directly with someone to make the arrangements. He quoted me an estimate based on my description of my load, and we were able to stick to the estimate. I didn’t feel like I would have to negotiate and haggle to be treated fairly.

5. KIND. Marlon was patient with me as I made final decisions about items that I really wanted to keep but had to let go eventually. He communicated his schedule, which was booked, but he also gave me space to let things go without the pressure that may have come from another junk removal company.
